With years of hands-on experience, he’s trained amateurs, pros, and everyday people chasing something greater.He’s a qualified personal trainer and sports nutritionist, blending old-school grit with modern coaching science.But above all, Roland leads with heart. His mission?
To lift people , break their limits, and build them into something they never thought possible.At Box360, you’re not just training with a coach.
